Do services renew automatically? How do I turn it off?

Auto-renewal is on by default. Here is what it means:

• Before a service expires we create a renewal bill and let you know by email: 7 days before expiry for monthly services, 30 days before for yearly services.
• The renewal bill is paid from the team's account balance first, and you pay any remaining amount yourself.
• We never charge your credit card automatically.

Turning off auto-renewal

Open the service in My services and switch auto-renewal off. The service then runs until the end of the current period.

Price changes

If the renewal price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the next period starts. If you do not agree to the change, you can turn off auto-renewal.
