Billing and invoices

The service is suspended 7 days after expiry and restored once paid; it is terminated after 21 days suspended, and data is kept for 14 more days.

Services renew automatically. A renewal bill is created before expiry and paid from your balance first; we never charge your card automatically.

Invoices can carry a tax ID, go to your mobile barcode carrier, or be donated. Set the default under Invoice details in Settings.

Payments go through ECPay: credit card, ATM virtual account or convenience store payment code.
