Which payment methods can I use?

All payments in the portal are processed by ECPay. You can choose:

• Credit card
• ATM virtual account
• Convenience store payment code

Things to know about paying

• Prices are in New Taiwan dollars and include business tax.
• The order amount is fixed when you select Go to payment. Later price changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Please pay before the deadline shown on the payment page or payment details. Orders that are not paid in time are cancelled automatically.
• We issue an e-invoice once the payment is complete.

You can check orders and payment status under Orders in the portal.
