What is a web call and how do I use it?

Published 2026-10-24 Updated 2026-10-24 Read in Chinese

A web call lets you call Leyun support straight from your browser, without dialing a phone number. All you need is a microphone; calls are audio only.

How to use it

  1. Open the Web call page in the portal. Signed-in members are connected first, and our agent sees your account details when they answer. You can also call as a guest without an account.
  2. Fill in your name, email and service category. Phone number, issue type and description are optional.
  3. Select Start call. Your browser asks for permission to use the microphone; please allow it.
  4. We create a ticket at the same time, and its number is shown on screen.

If nobody answers

If the call is not answered, you can ask us to call you back (pick a date and time slot and leave a phone number), or ask for a reply by email instead. The ticket already exists, and we follow up the way you chose.

Good to know

  • Supported browsers: Chrome, Edge 117 or later, Firefox 118 or later, Safari 17 or later (Safari 16 or later on phones).
  • The browser built into LINE may not be able to use the microphone. Open the page in your phone's own browser instead.
  • Calls are recorded in full to ensure service quality.
  • Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Taiwan time, excluding national holidays).
